Two plans illustrate the current layout of the office building and the changes expected to be made in the future. Overall, the building will undergo significant changes, becoming more work-oriented and functional, with a shift away from green and leisure spaces.
To begin with, the present office building has grass areas on both sides of the plan and four separate offices at the bottom near the entrance. There are also rooms, namely the kitchen, canteen, storeroom, and WCs on the top of the plan.
Moving to the future plan, the two grass areas will be replaced by many other facilities, such as a meeting area on the right and an outdoor seating area on the top left corner. The two offices on the bottom will be joined together, and the entrance is projected to be in the middle of the plan. Additionally, two offices will be constructed at the expense of the kitchen and canteen, while the storeroom will stay the same.
Moreover, a new coffee machine will be placed in the right corner of the plan.
