Overall, the first chart show us that people want studying for career till fourty and they choose studying for own interest after fourty years. The second chart illustrates that employers support people very much under thirty.
To began, most of the people can try making a good career till 40 years and they want studying for this reason. Other group of people have made a career but they wand second education for personal interest and this group belongs to after 40 years in the first chart.
However, most of the employers support to people who under 30 years and after 40 years. They support very little people between 30 and 39 years, so we can see this fact clearly in the second chart.
