There is an ongoing debate over whether people should study at university or college to find their careers successfully. Although gaining experience while working is essential, I believe that it is important for people to have knowledge of a field to some extent before getting job. Some people might find obtaining experience crucial for having a job.
When people work for a company, they might not work as “nine to five” job, meaning they could take advantage of working there. For example, if a person works as a waiter in a restaurant, he might acquire knowledge of how to run a business. Consequently, by doing so, the person can set up a restaurant, which could become his career. Through implementing his experience, the business is most likely to be successful in the long term. However, having a degree is important nowadays, during which competition is high. In fact, as people study at educational institutions, they can ensure that they would have stable income in their adulthood. Since people graduate at university, they are more likely to be aware techniques that can make their jobs easier and more efficient. Additionally, if they gain skills, which other students are not capable of, in university, they can get promotions in their jobs. Furthermore, those who are educated can improve the society.
People implement strategies that they are taught at university, leading to the community to thrive. For example, when a person graduates as a teacher, the person could apply innovative teaching methods and approaches to leassons. As a result, the lessons could be more engaging and interesting, so that they can encourage pupils to learn subjects deeply. This, in turn, can help community raising intelligent people for the future life of a country. In conclusion, having a degree can guarantee people to have a stable income in their future lives, however, people also through acquiring experience could be successful in their fields. From my point of view, studying at university or college is more important for ensuring a successful career.
