The majority of men and women want to having a child after some time. While this can be attributed to childcare constraints and lack of family income, the situation can be resolved by adapting to work at home and offering extra salary for those groups. It is fact that most parents due to their work schedule unable to allocate time with their family. In some cases, even they cannot spend time on themselves. For example, in most European countries people continue their work at home if they cannot go to the work due to childcare. With this, they can look after their child and do their work at the same time.
This can encourage parents having a child and not to worry about balance between work and life. Providing more money for workers can also be effective. If employee provide or encourage his or her employers with more money, stuffs do not face any problem with money, as it leads workers to providing well their family, especially their children. In conclusion, the main reasons why many men and women make a decision to have a child are working schedule and insufficient of money. However, doing their work tasks at their home and encouraging workers with high salary can stimulate parents having a child.
