Although the modernized world has witnessed significant progress in the field of technology, some people still hold strong believes about its ban in public places and transportation. This essay will explain why I believe that using mobile phones in public places gives an extra time for personal development and career.

One primary reason for operating phones in public places is listening podcasts for personal development. It is crowded places, where people mostly have to wait for something or someone, they have plenty of time to use it efficiently. For instance, in public transportation people spend several hours of their day, however, without phones they will waste their time doing nothing. If people have a chance for using mobile phones, they can fulfill their extra time with videos and talks from YouTube. It has been demonstrated that, if people listen developmental podcasts every day, it will have a positive effect on them in short period of time.

Another primary reason for not allowing mobile phone in public places is making money. Not only does digital devices offer a chance for personal development, but also for earning money. There are lots of people, who work through mobile phones in works such as trading. It will affect their profit, if they will not have an opportunity to work in public places, because these jobs require consistent hours of non stop work. Without being able to do it in public places, they have a threat if decreasing of job profit. That is the main reason why I disagree of banning phones in public places.

To conclude, extra time on public places is a great chance for personal development and for making money.
